Frequently asked
- How is a membership billed?
- Every tier bills monthly to the card, wallet or bank account on file. The first charge happens the moment you complete checkout, and each renewal falls on the same day of the following month. Prices are per account, in US dollars, and exclude any tax your jurisdiction adds.
- Why do the higher tiers cost so much more?
- Each step up raises your monthly spend limit, opens a larger iRewards grant, and adds desk coverage — Aaragon™ is a neo-banking membership for individuals, iBusiness™ carries Carta™ reporting and multi-seat access, Crystal™ is unit banking with iCredit™ forecasting and a priority iBroker™ desk, and iGov™ carries GovCore™ institutional settlement with UTO™ INTL audit trails.
- Can I change tiers later?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and your limits move the same minute. Step-downs and cancellations keep your current perks until the end of the period you already paid for, then settle to the new level. Nothing is pro-rated back.
- What does the Metallic⁺ iCard cost?
- $999.99 to issue the card, then $99.99 every month the card stays open. Both amounts appear on the first invoice; after that you only see the monthly holding fee.
- Can I turn the card off for a while?
- You can close the card one month at a time from the iCard™ portal — the holding fee stops at the end of the paid month and the card can be resumed whenever you like. Nothing else on your membership changes when the card is off.
- What if I need longer than a month off?
- Longer pauses — maternity leave, a keynote run, a tour, an extended absence — go through Operations as a formal request from the iCard™ portal. Approval is discretionary and the card stays billable until Operations confirms the pause.
- What is the 10-page reason statement?
- For any pause longer than one month you submit a written statement of at least ten pages covering who is requesting it, what is happening, when it starts and ends, where you will be, why the card is going quiet, and how you are handling obligations in the meantime. Alongside it you attach two proof-of-artifact items (tickets, contracts, medical documentation, booking confirmations) and two circumstantial evidential items that corroborate the story. Incomplete submissions are returned unreviewed.
- Are refunds available?
- Membership fees, the iCard™ issuance fee and monthly holding fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Closing early stops the next charge; it does not return the current one.
- Which payment methods work at checkout?
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and PayPal where your region supports it. Wallet deposits accept the same methods; withdrawals return to a fiat bank reference you supply.
